GEO is committed to making its platform usable by as many families as possible. This page states plainly what GEO provides, what it does not provide at launch, and how to contact us if you have an access need.
What GEO provides.
- ✓Screen-reader compatible interfaces, tested against NVDA and VoiceOver.
- ✓Text alternatives for all non-decorative images.
- ✓Keyboard navigability throughout the platform.
- ✓Captions for recorded content (planned from the 2027/2028 school year).
- ✓A minimum text contrast ratio of 4.5:1 throughout.
- ✓Font size controls and compatibility with browser zoom up to 200%.
What GEO does not provide at launch.
- –GEO does not diagnose any learning difference, disability, or developmental condition.
- –GEO does not provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, or any therapeutic service.
- –GEO does not supply a one-to-one human aide or educational support assistant for any student.
- –GEO does not guarantee that every disability can be accommodated within its current platform. We will tell you honestly if an access need is beyond what the platform can currently support.
