Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GEO website and, once available, the GEO School platform. By accessing this site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

01

About GEO

GEO (Global Educational Opportunities) is an international school delivered through adaptive instruction and extended-reality technology. GEO is currently in development; the 2027/2028 academic year is the first year of operation.

02

Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to collect expressions of interest from prospective students and families. You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. GEO reserves the right to restrict access to any person who violates these terms.

03

Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and carries no obligation of any kind. It expresses your interest in the 2027/2028 intake. GEO will contact waitlist members personally when enrollment opens. Joining the waitlist does not constitute an enrollment agreement, a payment commitment, or a guarantee of a place.

04

Enrollment and tuition

Enrollment details, including tuition, fees, and the kit cost, are subject to a formal enrollment agreement signed at the time of registration. The pricing shown on this website is indicative and may be updated before enrollment opens. GEO reserves the right to adjust fees prior to the start of each academic year with reasonable notice.

05

The GEO kit

The GEO learning kit — comprising smart glasses, a Bluetooth keyboard, and a Bluetooth mouse — becomes the personal property of the enrolled student upon receipt. Financing options are available and subject to separate financing terms provided at enrollment. The kit must be used in accordance with GEO's acceptable use policy and may not be resold or transferred to a third party without GEO's written consent.

06

Student conduct

Students and families are expected to engage with the GEO platform honestly and in good faith. Academic work submitted for assessment must be the student's own. Any form of academic dishonesty, misuse of the extended-reality environment, or conduct that disrupts the learning experience of other students may result in suspension or removal from the program.

07

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the GEO platform — including text, images, video, curriculum materials, logos, and design — is the property of GEO and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without GEO's prior written permission.

08

Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using this site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

09

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis. GEO makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information it contains.

10

Changes to these terms

GEO may update these terms from time to time as the school develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email where possible.
